• YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE DIGITAL FILE OR A PHYSICAL ITEM.
• THIS IS PAYMENT FOR US TO MAKE THE DESIGN AND THEN LIST YOUR DESIGN MOCKED UP ON THE WEBSITE SO IT MAY BE PURCHASED BY YOU PRINTED ONTO APPAREL.
• Your design will be made EXACTLY as requested.
• Additional edits over 2 will require a re-order unless it is OUR mistake; in which case we will gladly fix it for you ASAP.
• If you do not give the requested information, your order will be cancelled and you will need to re-order with the correct information.
• It is YOUR responsibility to check and see if the team has already been added to the listings before purchasing THIS listing. Please make sure your team isn't there already, we don't like keeping peoples money but the amount of fees we pay in returns because people aren't reading is absurd.

Once your mock-up is complete (please allow 5 BUSINESS days) and listed, you will receive an email stating it has been fulfilled/shipped and inviting you to a drive folder with your un-watermarked photos. You can then find your listing on the website under the team name you requested by visiting the collection HERE.

***You are not receiving a file OR A PHYSICAL ITEM! It is a MOCKUP of your requested custom design so that you may order completed shirts or custom transfers from us with it.
