Inquiring about your orders status before the posted business day max turnaround/processing time (located at the TOP of the website) could result in cancellation of your order with no warning.
We communicate regularly regarding orders and it is YOUR responsibility to seek out these updates via our VIP Facebook Group(HERE) and/or Business Page (HERE). Constantly answering 500 messages regarding an update before that time frame delays orders further.
WE DO NOT COUNT HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS AS BUSINESS DAYS.
Customized items or items on SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED unless there is an error on our end.
Exchanges MAY be made in other circumstances and you are welcome to message us and see what we can work out!
Any MISSING/DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS must be reported within 48 hours of package being DELIVERED along with a photo of your PAPER invoice and all items received. Defective transfers DO happen and it is YOUR responsibility to check for defects or issues before pressing; however, we will replace them if you let us know beforehand.
You MAY use our mockups but you MUST watermark them. Failure to do so could result in you being banned as a customer in the future. All of our photos bear a watermark and are unable to be saved due to companies replicating websites for fraud. If you require a mockup the best place to find that is in the VIP group or just message us HERE.
We are unable to honor cancellation requests due to orders moving to fulfillment so quickly (i.e. we order daily to ensure we have the proper stock). This includes if an order may be past TAT. We do our best for an estimate but as you all know THIS IS WHY WE PROVIDE UPDATES REGULARLY if we EVER get behind.
Please note Sezzle orders require a minimum $35 purchase to be used as a method of payment.

*ShipTection insurance is REQUIRED on orders over $50 and HIGHLY encouraged for those under $50 if you would like a replacement at no cost to you. The holiday season is here and we all know how USPS and UPS can be. ShipTection is the ONLY insurance who guarantees us they're covering packages that never have movement but have their initial acceptance scan.
